Who comes to Hope Church?
Our ministry team
Mike Leite

Mike loves to help people grow in their knowledge and love for Christ. He is married to Emily and together they have four children. If he gets the chance, Mike enjoys going for a surf.
Cameron Noakes
pastor
Cameron grew up not far from here in a small town called The Oaks, and has always had a love for South West Sydney. Cameron enjoys running and cycling. Before going to Bible College, Cameron studied and worked as an Environmental Consultant.
Cameron is married to Rachel and has a daughter.
James Vigar
pastor
James grew up nearby in Campbelltown and is excited to be back in South West Sydney. He worked as a teacher before going to Bible College where he met his wife Sarah. They have a son, Tobias, who they love getting to see grow. They enjoy spending time with family, good food and good friends.
Martin Robinson
pastor
Marty joined the team at Hope in late 2022. He is a big fan of reading, basketball, cycling, music, and general life hacks. Martin is married to Emma and they have three children, Levi, Isaac and Sophie.
Sarah Fitzpatrick
Kids' Pastor
Sarah is thankful to have known and loved Jesus since she was a child. She loves telling a new generation of kids about God’s great love for us in Christ. Sarah also enjoys swimming, reading, Italian food and spending time with family and friends.
Robyn Padt
Church administrator
Robyn loves to call Hope her church home. She is married to Shaun and they have three kids. When she isn’t hanging out with them, her favourite thing to do is play a game of netball!
Andrew Beddoe
Pastor
Andrew has a heart to see practical, everyday people trained to make disciples of Jesus and lead ministries. This desire has led him work in Vocational Bible College as well as at Hope. Andrew is married to Emma and they have four energetic children who love spending time in the outdoors together.
Evan Oei
student minister
Evan was born in Indonesia and has largely spent his whole life in the lower North Shore of Sydney. He used to be an exercise physiologist but wanted to have more time to help people know Jesus after God had convinced him that living under Jesus’ lordship is the best way to live. In his spare time, Evan loves being active whether its playing ultimate frisbee, basketball, cycling or enjoying a hard-earned coffee after a park run.
Helen Xing
student minister
Helen started following Jesus for herself in late primary school. She is married to Nate and they will be studying at Bible College together. On a day off she enjoys swimming and taking photos of friends and family.
Nate Xing
student minister
Nate loves to share the good things of life with others, and most of all he loves to share about Jesus. He is married to Helen and they are studying at Bible College together. Nate is always down for a coffee and a chat, and when he’s not doing that, he’s probably tinkering away on his guitars.
